RETURNS 

If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us for a exchange or refund.

To make this experience simple and easy, we ask that you complete our Returns Form. Not completing this may delay your refund or exchange being processed.

 

For delivery errors or damages you must email  Info@stanahpetandcountry.co.uk prior to returning your order.

Refunds will only be made direct to the method that was originally used to place the order. 
On receipt of the item(s) back to us, a refund will be completed within 5 working days.

You will not be issued a refund for the postage and packaging of returning the item(s) back to us, and please be aware that you are responsible for the package until it reaches us. We recommend using secure packaging and a delivery service that requires a signature upon receipt of the item such as Royal Mail or DHL.
