Please carefully read the Terms & Conditions below, when making a purchase from us you agree to our terms and conditions.
Payments & prices
We accept MasterCard & Visa. Billing will appear as Stanah Horse Feeds. Goods will only be despatched once payment has cleared. Product prices exclude delivery. Please see delivery section below.
VAT is included in all our prices (unless otherwise stated) and will be charged at the standard UK VAT rate and is subject to change without notice. Stanah Horse Feeds is VAT registered (VAT No 416 5567 42)
Returns

If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us for a credit note or refund.
To make this experience simple and easy, we ask that you complete our Returns Form found sent with your order/ downloaded from our website complete with order reference number, date and reasoning. Not completing this may delay your refund or exchange being processed. . For delivery errors or damages you must email Info@stanahpetandcountry.co.uk prior to returning your order.
Refunds will only be made direct to the method that was originally used to place the order.
On receipt of the item(s) back to us, a refund will be completed within 5 working days.
You will not be issued a refund for the postage and packaging of returning the item(s) back to us, and please be aware that you are responsible for the package until it reaches us. We recommend using secure packaging and a delivery service that requires a signature upon receipt of the item such as Royal Mail or DHL.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Delivery of Website orders
Upon placing your order you will receive a confirmation email from us.
This is confirmation that we have received your order. It is not confirmation that the order you have placed is guaranteed to be in stock or that it can be fulfilled. Sometimes errors do occur in our stock inventory or other customers may have ordered just before you. We cannot be liable or responsible for any loss occurring because your items are not in stock. We will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible if this is the case. The second email you get from us is your email receipt and means that your order has been processed and your item(s) are in stock. The third email will tell you that your order is being shipped.
We will make every effort to deliver your order within the time estimate (the estimate is in working days unless otherwise stated) provided on our website. However, this is an estimate, and delivery within the time quoted cannot be guaranteed. If the goods are not delivered within the time we have estimated, please feel free to contact us at info@stanahpetandcountry.co.uk
We will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery over the estimate provided.
Please note that we do not dispatch goods to PO Boxes and reserve the right to cancel any order where the address is later found to be a PO Box.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to notify us if the goods have not been received within 14 days of the estimated delivery date or receipt of invoice.
Non Delivery
If we don’t receive any notification within this time period, the buyer shall be deemed to have received the goods.
Delivery service via Stanah Horse Feeds own vans/ wagons
Orders using our own delivery service are separate to online postal orders. Delivery for this cost is £1 per order and free delivery when an order is £100 or more. Delivery fee is set and is subject to change without prior notice. Delivery days are dependant on area. Please refer to our delivery day section or contact us to find which run your address will be listed on. Orders must be placed before 9am on the day of delivery, after 9am isn’t guaranteed for same day delivery. Our answer phone is on before 9am and orders can be left on voicemail. We are not always able to deliver during a set time but can offer a phone call with an ETA.
Preferred payment method for ordering is card payment when placing your order or on day of delivery. Cash on delivery is an option but we do not leave orders unpaid for and reserve the right to deny this request and request payment upfront prior to delivering.
Shortages, errors or damage to goods must be notified to us within 24hours. Refunds will only be offered for damaged products, elsewhere a credit note will be offered. A refund or credit note will only be issued once the goods have been received by Stanah Horse Feeds. When placing an order and requesting items to be collected, credit for these items cannot be raised and used against your order until the items are returned back to us.
Duty/Import/General Sale Tax on International Delivery
If you buy from outside the UK there may be taxes and fees or other charges that you may be liable for. Please check with your local customs office before the order is placed.
If local import and custom charges are refused or not paid by you, then the item(s) could be returned to us or possibly even destroyed. If your order is returned to us or destroyed, we may not be able to refund you for your order. We would not be able to refund any original postage costs paid and can only refund for the returned products minus any costs incurred in returning them to us.
Promotional Offers
Some of our products may offer a “Free Item” alongside ordering a product

This “Free Item” is subject to availability, and ordering the said product does not guarantee the customer the “Free Item”.
If a product that is ordered, with the attached “Free Item”, be requested for return or exchange, the “Free Item” will also be requested for return.
A “Free Item” will not be sent if an order is made in conjunction with any other offer, including price Promises.
Please note, online promotions may be separate to instore prices and are not transferable.
Promotional Codes
If you have a valid Promotional Code then you can enter it into the Promo Code box on the checkout page and your order will be discounted accordingly. Please ensure that you check the expiry date and any limitations as they normally run for a limited period of time only and may be restricted to certain brands, products or categories. Promotional Codes are not applicable on sale items. Please note that Promotional Codes are subject to change, can be withdrawn at any time and only one Promo Code can be entered per order. We do not accept Promotional Codes encouraging repeat custom if you cancel your original order.
